We are a Grand River project is a community-building public art work that functions as an ideas vehicle and links opportunities and issues regarding:

• Local cultural intensification
• Support for local artists and local expression of indigenous culture
• Environmental issues relating to water
• River sustainability and education
• Better health through walking and the creation of walking systems
• Building better communities
• Linking communities along the river-way into a global context.
